Full Stack Software Engineer – Agentic AI

About the role

Join NinjaTech AI as a Full Stack Software Engineer working on the SuperNinja agentic AI platform. The position is full‑time, based in our Sydney office with five days on‑site, and you will collaborate with senior leaders from AWS and Google.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate and deploy AI‑driven features for the web app (super.myninja.ai) using React, Next.js and Python.
• Improve performance and optimisation, write clean code, and ensure quality through automated testing, CI/CD and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain API documentation, leverage RESTful APIs and WebSockets for fast backend communication.
• Troubleshoot, debug and implement preventative solutions while collaborating with product, UX and QA teams.

Required profile

• 1+ year of software development experience building scalable web applications.
• Generalist mindset comfortable across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
• Systematic thinker who designs before coding and takes ownership from start to finish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
