Full Stack Software Engineer – Agentic AI

About the role

Join NinjaTech AI’s Sydney office as a Full Stack Software Engineer working on SuperNinja, an advanced agentic AI platform. You will build and scale long‑running AI agents and intelligent applications for both B2B and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate and deploy AI‑driven features for the web app (super.myninja.ai).
• Implement performance optimisations to ensure smooth, fast user experiences.
• Write clean, well‑documented code in React, Next.js and Python.
• Maintain API and platform documentation, including RESTful APIs and WebSocket integrations.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug platform issues, providing robust solutions.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA and applied‑science teams to define and prioritise requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Experience building scalable, reliable web applications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
