Full Stack PHP Developer – Laravel & Vue.js (Hybrid, Melbourne)

About the role

Our client, a leading Victorian construction and infrastructure firm, is finalising a digital transformation of its internal applications. They are seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer to join the in‑house team, work alongside an external consultancy, and help deliver a new customer portal that will enhance the digital experience for their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces with Vue.js.
• Collaborate with an external software consultancy to deliver new functionality and continuous improvements.
• Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Maintain and optimise applications hosted on AWS.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement high‑quality fixes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to testing, deployment and ongoing application support.
