About the role
We are looking for product‑mindful full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Neobank app. The role spans frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys, turning ideas into working products quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
- Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and iterate after release.
- Develop internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
Required profile
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging.
- Good product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
- Ability to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end‑to‑end.
Required skills
- React (or similar modern frontend framework)
- Next.js or Vue
- API design and integration
- Database modeling and management
