Full Stack Engineer – Build Insurance Platform

About the role

Kaibridge is creating a next‑generation insurance platform from the ground up. As a Full Stack Engineer you will work directly with founders and product owners to design, build, and ship production‑grade software that powers the core of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship full‑stack features using Python (FastAPI) on the backend and Next.js/React with TypeScript on the frontend.
• Design reusable platform components, infrastructure primitives and tooling to improve developer productivity.
• Own testing, observability, CI pipelines and rollback mechanisms for the services you deliver.
• Integrate and maintain agentic coding tools, ensuring their output is verified and safe.
• Document technical decisions, maintain traceability and mentor junior engineers.
• Identify and raise early risks related to security, privacy, compliance or delivery.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience shipping full‑stack production software.
• Strong ownership mindset across the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to ask questions early and resolve ambiguity.
