Full Stack Developer

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer you will help evolve Wellbeing Gateway, APM’s global workforce health and wellbeing platform, moving it towards a more personalised and intelligent solution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deliver new functionality across the Wellbeing Gateway platform.
• Build and maintain modern front‑end, back‑end, API, integration and data‑layer components.
• Own complex features from design through production support and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, monitoring and incident management.

Required profile

• At least five years of commercial full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with clear communication skills.
• Product‑focused mindset and willingness to take ownership from design to support.

Required skills

• React with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Server‑side programming in Java and/or Node.js.
• Designing, building and consuming APIs and integrations.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Cloud development and deployment in Azure and/or AWS.
• GitHub, Git and modern source‑control practices.
• Automated testing, code reviews and software quality practices.
