Full Stack Developer

About the role

Netrosa Digital Solutions is a Melbourne‑based digital agency looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its delivery team. You will build modern websites and web applications, create integrations between platforms, and work hands‑on with CRM systems. The role offers real ownership from scoping through to delivery, with training provided for Zoho and Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites and web applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain integrations between web platforms, CRMs and third‑party APIs.
• Work with Zoho and Salesforce CRM systems, receiving training and support.
• Create and maintain WordPress sites when required.
• Translate client requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the team across multiple concurrent client projects.
• Contribute to scoping and technical decisions as you grow into the role.

Required profile

• Solid experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and handling integrations.
• Comfort with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work through unfamiliar systems.
• Clear communication and ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
