Full Stack Developer

About the role

This newly created Full Stack Developer position will work closely with the CEO to drive digital initiatives across a fast‑growing manufacturing business. You will enjoy variety, autonomy and the chance to shape technology direction while supporting AI‑driven tools and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end applications for the organisation.
• Contribute to website redevelopment and broader digital transformation projects.
• Support implementation of modern business tools, automation and AI‑driven workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify system and process improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across functions and deliver effective solutions.
• Document processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑stack development experience in varied technical environments.
• Proven ability to work proactively in fast‑changing, high‑pace settings.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and quick learning of new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging business stakeholders.
• Broad exposure to multiple systems, platforms or environments.
• Interest in AI, automation and modern digital tools.
