Full Stack Developer (Healthcare) - 6 Month Contract

About the role

Peoplebank, part of RGF Staffing ANZ, is recruiting an experienced Full Stack Developer for a 6-month contract based in Canberra, ACT. The role sits in a digital health environment and requires strong .NET, C# and frontend skills, plus HL7 FHIR knowledge. Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Required profile

• Experience designing, developing, testing and supporting enterprise-scale web applications and APIs
• Understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, secure coding practices, SQL and Entity Framework
• Ability to turn business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Agile delivery and DevOps experience, and hands-on work with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and teamwork in multidisciplinary Agile groups
• Experience building automated testing frameworks and QA processes

Required skills

• .NET 6/8+, C#, Angular or React, TypeScript and enterprise web apps
• HL7 FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards
• API development, automated testing frameworks, BDD/Gherkin/Cucumber and CI/CD pipelines

Desirable: a degree in IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering; digital health, interoperability or healthcare technology project experience; exposure to Australian healthcare standards; workflow automation, reporting and evidence management experience; accessibility standards knowledge.
