Frontend Salesforce Developer

About the role

Join Safe Transport Victoria as a Frontend Salesforce Developer, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Architecture. You will design, develop, and test user‑interface components for the organisation's Salesforce platforms, helping deliver a scalable, secure regulatory system.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce platform integrity, including technical design, data models, configuration, solution architecture and documentation.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and external vendors, following project plans and communicating progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Build application code to meet acceptance criteria, developing Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud pages and custom front‑ends.
• Deliver high‑quality, usability and accessibility‑focused forms and data entry interfaces aligned with Victorian Government security, usability, accessibility and branding guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven senior Salesforce Frontend development experience, especially with Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud and Omniscript.
• Strong business partnering approach and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to unite diverse stakeholders on complex development projects and navigate competing objectives.
• Motivation to work in a purpose‑driven, government environment delivering community benefits.
