Front Office Receptionist – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park, delivering high‑standard customer service and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of customer service to guests and residents.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness.
• Supply guests with information about the property and local attractions.
• Complete day‑to‑day office administration tasks.
• Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.

Required profile

• Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Current driver’s licence essential.
