Front Office Receptionist – Hospitality

About the role

Habitat Noosa is looking for a friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at its national‑park‑side accommodation site. Working a Friday‑to‑Sunday roster, you will help create a memorable stay for visitors to the Noosa region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard customer service to all guests.
• Process check‑ins, check‑outs and cash transactions accurately.
• Use the park’s booking system to make reservations, manage accounts and update guest information.
• Provide guests with information about the property, local attractions and on‑site facilities.
• Perform day‑to‑day office administration and maintain records.
• Collaborate with park teams, residents and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous front‑office experience in hospitality.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as needed.
• Current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Newbook or a comparable reservation booking system.
