Front Office Receptionist – Coolwaters Holiday Park

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Coolwaters Holiday Park in Yeppoon. You will play a key part in delivering a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, supporting both visitors and the park team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard customer service as the first point of contact for guests.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Use the park’s reservation system to make bookings, manage accounts and update records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to monitor accommodation readiness.
• Supply guests with information about the property and local attractions.
• Handle day‑to‑day office administration and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with park teams, residents and visitors.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills, with experience using RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
