About the role

Join the energetic Moxy Crew as a Front Office Guest Service Agent, delivering memorable experiences for guests at our Mascot hotel. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping visitors check‑in, check‑out and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere that defines Moxy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with the check‑in and departure process, handling reservations and credit‑card transactions.
• Respond to general enquiries, promote on‑site activities and provide local area knowledge.
• Build relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future bookings.
• Support the front‑office team with operational tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia (NSW).
• RSA certification.
• Self‑motivated, high‑energy and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about career growth within hospitality.

Required skills

• Experience with OPERA property management system or a similar PMS.
