Front Office Duty Manager

About the role

We are expanding our vibrant Front Office team at Eos by SkyCity and are looking for a full‑time Front Office Duty Manager. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee daily front‑office operations and ensure a seamless, extraordinary guest experience in our 5‑star luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and optimise all front‑office functions to maximise productivity.
• Lead, train and mentor team members in line with the Eos brand pillars.
• Drive staff engagement initiatives and promote a "live extraordinary" guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with roster preparation and tax invoice processing.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of front‑office operations and the Opera PMS system.
• Immaculate presentation and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
