Front Office All‑Rounder – Guest Services

About the role

Join the Pullman Sydney Airport team as a Front Office All‑Rounder, delivering personalised guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will support a variety of front‑office functions in a dynamic, inclusive environment, helping to create memorable stays for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS.
• Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and general front‑office administration.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns and enquiries.
• Support concierge, reception and other front‑office duties as needed.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily documentation.
• Promote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programmes.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous front‑office, reception or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
