Front Office All Rounder – Full Time

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Front Office All Rounder at our iconic 30 Pitt Street property in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms and activate room keys.
• Handle all payment types, including cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
• Manage check‑outs, resolve late or disputed charges, and produce accurate closing reports.
• Answer and record guest calls, messages, requests and concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
• Provide parking information, dispatch bell or valet staff as needed.
• Supply guests with directions and local area information.
• Run daily arrival/departure reports and verify special requests.
• Perform cash handling duties, count bank at shift start and end, and balance receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Follow all safety, security, uniform and confidentiality policies.
