Front of House Team Member

About the role

We are seeking energetic Front of House Team Members to join Dôme’s café network across Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, answering queries and taking orders.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
• Clear, reset, and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold café standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work any shift between 5 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
