Front of House Team Leader - Holmview

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for a Front of House Team Leader for its Holmview club. As the face of the club, you lead by example to create exceptional experiences for every member, support and mentor the Reception Team, help oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations and create a welcoming, energetic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable member experiences.
• Support, coach and motivate the Reception Team, including onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
• Welcome members, answer enquiries, process memberships, bookings and retail purchases using the club systems.
• Assist with café operations, retail sales and recommend supplements and nutrition products.
• Keep the reception, café and retail areas clean, well-stocked and presented to Fitness Cartel standards.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the club while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry.
• Passion for customer experiences and genuine relationships with members.
• Confident in retail sales, with supplement and nutritional knowledge highly regarded.
• A positive, proactive and organised leader who enjoys developing others.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain one), Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating gym roster.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
