Front of House Supervisor - YOMG Ellenbrook

About the role

YOMG is launching in Western Australia and is looking for an experienced, passionate Full-Time Front of House Supervisor for its Ellenbrook location. You will lead shifts and support the daily front-of-house operations, working closely with the Front of House Manager to uphold service and operational standards and deliver a positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house shifts and coordinate team members for smooth, efficient service
• Supervise, coach and support team members to meet service and operational standards
• Allocate duties, coordinate breaks and adjust shift priorities when needed
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members
• Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and equipment care
• Monitor service flow, productivity and team performance each shift
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly
• Complete opening, closing, cash-handling and shift-reporting procedures accurately
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, security and company requirements
• Monitor stock levels and support promotions, operational procedures and system updates
• Communicate with the Front of House Manager, back-of-house team and other venue leaders, and escalate concerns when required

Required profile

• Availability for at least 38 hours per week across a five-day roster, including a minimum of two evening shifts each week
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
• Previous experience supervising or leading a front-of-house or customer-service team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality, quality food and customer service, with a willingness to learn and develop
