Front of House Attendant

About the role

Vili’s, a family‑owned South Australian café chain, is looking for friendly and reliable Front of House Attendants to join its 24/7 roster. This is an ongoing casual position with the possibility of becoming permanent, offering flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, relaxed café atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently (barista skills preferred but not essential).
• Take, deliver and accurately process food and drink orders.
• Handle payments and keep the front counter stocked and tidy.
• Maintain a clean dining area to ensure customer comfort.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused and reliable.
• Calm and efficient in a busy café environment.
• Enthusiastic to learn barista or hospitality tasks.
• Team player with good communication and a can‑do attitude.
• Flexible to cover a mix of day, afternoon and night shifts.
