About the role

ProPharma is expanding its Digital Transformation team and seeks a Freelance Scientific Business Analyst to support a key life‑sciences client. The role is full‑time, hybrid, and runs until June 2027 with strong potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on the client’s global scientific platforms.
Gather requirements, develop process maps and translate them into workflows.
Design, implement, validate and maintain scientific technology solutions.
Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks and best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external developers during build and implementation phases.
Create and deliver training materials to promote user adoption and standardisation.

Required profile

Technical mindset with ability to work across technology and scientific groups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven stakeholder and change management experience.
Structured approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life‑science space.
Knowledge of laboratory informatics and business analysis.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
