Fraud and Corruption Prevention Director

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Director to lead our Fraud Prevention and Internal Investigations team. The role provides strategic leadership for preventing, detecting and responding to fraud, corruption and integrity risks across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise‑wide strategies that strengthen organisational integrity and promote a proactive risk culture.
• Provide trusted advice to senior executives on complex and sensitive fraud and corruption matters.
• Build fraud and corruption awareness across the organisation through training and communication initiatives.
• Represent the agency in high‑level internal and external forums, influencing policy and best practice.
• Oversee investigations and coordinate response actions to protect public trust.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fraud, corruption prevention or related risk‑management functions.
• Strong judgement and ability to work independently on strategic issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with senior leadership.
• Proven track record of advising on complex, sensitive matters.
