Formwork Carpenters - Brisbane Multiple Sites

About the role

Morson Edge, a recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience connecting tradespeople with builders and contractors, is recruiting formwork carpenters for several of Brisbane's largest commercial construction sites, including major high-rise developments and long-term projects. The work is on an experienced formwork crew where safety, quality workmanship and productivity are valued. Multiple sites are active and more projects are secured for the year ahead, offering steady hours, consistent weekly pay and long-term prospects, with overtime available on many sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install and dismantle timber and modular formwork systems
• Formwork for slabs, columns, walls and suspended decks
• Read and work from construction plans
• Ensure formwork is level, secure and ready for concrete pours
• Work safely and efficiently in a commercial construction environment

Required profile

• Previous formwork experience preferred; all skill levels encouraged to apply
• White Card required
• Own tools and reliable transport preferred
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and commitment to site safety standards
