Food & Beverage Team Leader

About the role

The Food & Beverage Team Leader will oversee daily F&B service at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, ensuring high standards of hygiene, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, supervising staff to deliver excellent service.
• Support revenue initiatives and maintain cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a food and beverage outlet, preferably in a hotel or fast‑paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership, training ability and adaptability in a diverse environment.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Familiarity with Micros POS system (desirable).
