About the role
Join TILDA, a Chef‑Hat awarded seafood grill located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide warm, attentive service to guests across both the restaurant and bar, ensuring every visit is memorable from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional, friendly service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, with strong knowledge of the menu, wines, cocktails and spirits.
- Support bar and floor operations, ensuring tables, service stations and the venue are presented to luxury standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering personalised service where possible.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold grooming, service and operational standards at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine and service.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Professional presentation, positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

- RSA Food Safety Certificate.
