Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join Mercure Perth’s vibrant food and beverage team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces, delivering warm, attentive service in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders and serve food and drinks in the restaurant, bar and banquet areas.
• Promote locally sourced menus, beverage lists and daily promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑organized dining and bar areas in line with food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest interaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure in a high‑energy environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Western Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Previous F&B or barista experience is valued but not mandatory.
