Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join Pullman Adelaide’s vibrant hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will work across several outlets – in‑room dining, conference & events, minibar and the restaurant – delivering exceptional service to both business and leisure guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders following brand standards.
• Make menu recommendations, promote specials and upsell beverages.
• Manage and maintain your designated service area, ensuring it is well‑stocked and presented.
• Prepare and uphold high cleaning and mise en place standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service across all outlets.

Required profile

• Current, valid RSA certification for South Australia.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude with a storytelling approach.
• Ability to learn and immerse yourself in the menu, dietary requirements and beverage knowledge.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Capability to manage a section, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Australian working rights and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
