Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa as a Food & Beverage Attendant and be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our Temple of Tastes restaurant, Lagoon Bar, and in‑room dining. You will help create memorable dining experiences in a luxury resort setting on the beautiful Palm Cove beach.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through menu selections.
• Provide personalized food and beverage recommendations and upsell thoughtfully.
• Serve tables, bars, and event functions with attention to detail.
• Maintain clean and well‑set service areas before, during, and after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing hospitality roles.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the region.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality service and working in a diverse team.
