Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the boutique hotel The Larwill Studio Melbourne – Art Series as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a vibrant, art‑inspired setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn each guest interaction into a memorable story.
• Provide personalised food and beverage recommendations and upsell thoughtfully.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to enhance guest conversations.
• Communicate confidently with guests and team members for seamless service.
• Set up, pack, and keep service areas immaculate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with food & beverage service standards, including table service, beverage handling, event service and coffee preparation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the relevant state/territory.
• Passion for engaging with guests and collaborating within a diverse team.
