Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our restaurant and bar team. In this role you will ensure every guest receives friendly, professional service and enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Set up, clear and reset tables while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, promotions and daily specials.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and workplace health & safety procedures.
