Key responsibilities

• Assist with the meticulous setup of event spaces, ensuring every detail meets luxury standards.
• Deliver personalized food and beverage service, catering to each guest’s unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with the events team to fulfil all event requirements.
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout all service areas.
• Uphold health, safety, and hotel protocols to guarantee smooth operations.
• Work seamlessly with other departments to deliver a flawless event experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly, keeping satisfaction as the top priority.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or event‑service role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.
• Current Food Handler's Certificate.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
