Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the team at K'gari Beach Resort as a Food and Beverage Attendant, providing memorable service in a world‑heritage beachfront setting. You will work across café, bakery, bar, buffet and a‑la‑carte areas, delivering the high‑standard guest experiences the resort is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across café, bakery, bar, buffet and a‑la‑carte service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages as a qualified barista.
• Serve food and beverages in line with resort standards, including wine and cocktail service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas and comply with food handling regulations.

Required profile

• Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to brilliant customer service.
• Willingness to relocate to staff accommodation on K'gari and hold the right to live and work in Australia.
• Ability to work in a remote, beachfront resort environment.

Required skills

• Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role.
• Valid Queensland RSA (or obtain within 28 days).
• Wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Barista experience.
• Valid Food Handling Certificate (or ability to obtain).
