About the role

We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to be the welcoming face of our new restaurant and to help make our food and beverage outlets the heart and soul of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

Greet and serve both in‑house and external guests with consistent, high‑quality service.
Promote the restaurant actively and contribute ideas to drive revenue.
Run breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conference and event catering as required.
Maintain hygiene standards for food handling, presentation and workplace safety.
Identify hazards and support general WHS practices.

Required profile

Enthusiastic and customer‑focused with a flair for hospitality.
Team player who can bring new ideas and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Awareness of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
