Food and Beverage Attendant - Harvey Road Tavern

About the role

Harvey Road Tavern is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant, described as a true 'people person' with a passion for pub food and drinks. The role is hands-on and covers the front line of the venue from the first pour of the day to the final lock-up.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is memorable
• Share your passion for the products and recommend the right meal or drink to each guest
• Deliver top-notch customer service throughout the day
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed, where legally able

Required profile

• Natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to the little details
• Team player motivated to create a great experience for guests and colleagues
• Current RSA certificate and flexible availability
• Ability to handle and lift stock, kegs and deliveries safely and efficiently; applicants must be able to perform these physical tasks
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset
