FM Systems & Data SME – Balcatta Support Centre

About the role

The FM Systems & Data SME will be the primary point of contact for users of Sodexo's FM Platform, ensuring the systems are fit for purpose, compliant and support business objectives. Working from the Balcatta Support Centre, you will drive consistency, continuous improvement and data integrity across multiple CMMS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance FM platform content, ensuring proper usage and alignment with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Lead bid development and translate pre‑commencement activities into system configurations following SDX standards.
• Standardise and QA contracts to guarantee accurate compliance capability.
• Manage database administration for CMMS platforms, including D365 CE & FO, Urbanise and Maximo.
• Support data loading, validation, reporting and creation of job plans, preventive and corrective maintenance records.
• Collaborate with FM operations, project teams, vendors and subcontractors to capture and maintain master and transactional data.

Required profile

• Proven experience with FM platforms and CMMS administration.
• Strong understanding of data management, import/export processes and reporting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with bid development and compliance standards in facilities management.
