Fixed Plant Crushing & Processing Operator – FIFO (Bald Hill)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Fixed Plant Crushing & Processing Operators to join CSI Mining Services’ lithium operation at the Bald Hill mine. This is a full‑time, permanent FIFO position based in Perth, supporting the restart of a key lithium production site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing and screening equipment in both wet and dry plant environments.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist tradespeople as required.
• Control feed rates and manage plant performance to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and productivity.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating fixed‑plant crushing and wet‑plant equipment, or mobile plant such as loaders, excavators, bobcats or skid steers.
• C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable).
• High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable).
• Construction Induction Card.
