Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the development of financial models, conduct stress‑testing and scenario analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models for stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Deliver income and expense forecasts for a range of regulatory exercises.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to support modelling assumptions and generate business insights.
• Prepare clear documentation and ensure robust model governance.
• Translate complex financial outputs into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong financial modelling experience with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using TM1, Anaplan, or comparable financial planning and forecasting tools.
• Proven analytical capability working with complex data sets.
• Background in financial services, banking, or treasury environments.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, well‑documented work.
