Financial Planning Analyst – Group Finance

About the role

Join ABN Group's Finance team in Docklands as an experienced FP&A Analyst. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the business, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial plans for the Group.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and business cases.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate Group budgeting timelines and ensure accurate submissions.
• Maintain corporate cost allocation models and partner with business leaders on performance drivers.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an FP&A Analyst or Finance Analyst in a large or complex organisation.
• Qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including complex financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Power BI and data visualisation experience.
