Financial Controller

About the role

This newly created Financial Controller position sits within a sophisticated private portfolio and family investment office in Subiaco. You will operate in a lean, high‑trust environment, providing financial control, governance and strategic insight across a diversified set of entities and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial and management reports for the board and stakeholders.
• Oversee treasury, cash‑flow and capital management activities.
• Manage multi‑entity and trust structures, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
• Support property and investment‑related activities, including due‑diligence and commercial analysis.
• Drive process improvement and reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with a strong background in financial control and reporting.
• Experience in complex or multi‑entity environments, preferably within property, funds management or family office settings.
• Commercial mindset with interest in capital allocation and investment decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
