Finance Systems Analyst – Perth

About the role

Genesis Minerals is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join its Finance team in Perth. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain and enhance the Pronto finance system and support other financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, reconcile and maintain finance system integrations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in testing, reviewing and implementing system upgrades.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide user support and training to maximise system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and other departments to align systems with organisational goals.
• Write, maintain and support reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a financial accounting environment working with finance software.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet manipulation skills.
• Strong customer‑service focus and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a similar finance systems analyst role.
