Finance Officer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Pilbara Ports is seeking a Finance Officer on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis to join its finance team in Port Hedland, Dampier or Perth. You will support the accounts function and provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth financial operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective processing of accounts for Pilbara Ports.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including documentation and record‑keeping.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with accounts practices, processes and systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and deadlines may change.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
