Finance Manager – WA Division

About the role

Sirrom is expanding its Western Australia operations and seeks an experienced Finance Manager to own the WA finance function. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will partner closely with operational leaders to drive commercial performance across a fast‑growing division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, management reporting and forecasting for the WA division.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance across multiple sites.
• Analyse contract profitability, project performance and commercial outcomes.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities.
• Provide commercial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead and mentor a small local finance team.
• Collaborate with the national finance function on group initiatives and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls as the business scales.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Commercial Manager or Senior Finance Business Partner.
• Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Commercial finance experience in project, contracting, construction, resources or industrial services.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance staff.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP experience – NetSuite.
