Finance Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Beaulieu Australia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day‑to‑day transactional financial activities for its manufacturing operations. Based onsite in Yatala, you will partner closely with the Finance Director Oceania and provide accurate reporting, process improvements, and strategic insight to support decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end balance‑sheet reconciliations and executive reporting packs for local and Belgium headquarters.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, HR, and customer service functions.
• Manage capital‑expenditure planning, inventory accounting, and valuation, including obsolete stock provisions.
• Lead quarterly and year‑end tax compliance, final accounts, and annual audit processes.
• Develop and maintain standard costing models, perform variance analysis, and monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap, yield, and efficiency.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and support product costing and margin analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely month‑end close and accurate forecasting and budgeting.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with a relevant professional credential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chartered accounting or industry finance, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full Australian working rights.
