About the role

This newly created Finance Manager position sits at the heart of a dynamic group of companies, working closely with entrepreneurial owners and senior leadership. You will help shape strategy, ensure compliance, and drive commercial outcomes across a range of investment and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group.
• Manage compliance and ASIC reporting requirements.
• Review trust and investment fund accounting.
• Deliver cash‑flow reporting and oversee budget performance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash positions.
• Lead ad‑hoc finance projects and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong technical accounting experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands‑on when required.
