Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis and reporting functions. The role works closely with senior leadership to drive profitable growth and improve overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, management accounts and performance dashboards.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and provide insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop financial models, business cases and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Manage accounting operations and ensure compliance with policies, regulations and reporting standards.
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, audit coordination and internal governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on cost optimisation, budgeting and business planning initiatives.
• Support corporate finance activities such as fundraising, investment evaluation and strategic projects.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management, FP&A, accounting or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, internal controls and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• ERP systems experience – SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Financial modelling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered financial analysis tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini.
