Finance Manager – Full time

About the role

Our client Elite Glass Solutions is looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Company Accountant to own the end‑to‑end finance function of a well‑established glass and glazing supplier. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will combine hands‑on financial management with commercial support, business reporting and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day finance and accounting function, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate monthly management reports, financial statements and business performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and working‑capital planning.
• Ensure compliance with BAS, GST, taxation, payroll and statutory obligations while liaising with external accountants and advisors.
• Develop and improve financial systems, controls, reporting processes and overall business efficiency.
• Provide commercial analysis, strategic financial advice and decision‑making support to the Directors.

Required profile

• Commercially‑minded finance professional with a strong track record in managing a full finance function.
• Autonomous and able to work closely with senior leadership.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.
• Ability to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
