Finance Manager – ANZ

About the role

The Finance Manager will report to the Regional Finance Head and support the Home Office Controller, Central FP&A, company management and external partners. The role ensures financial integrity of statutory and management accounting records across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS‑compliant consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual group accounts, including BPC uploads and variance analysis.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements, tax compliance (GST, FBT, income tax), transfer pricing returns and audit processes with internal and external auditors.
• Manage treasury functions, cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationships and payment authorisations.
• Oversee sales reporting, price disclosure, claim automation and ARTG submissions in line with regulatory SOPs.
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes, vendor onboarding, intercompany reconciliations and fixed‑asset tracking.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, MBA) with 5‑8 years of accounting and audit experience in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Australian tax legislation, GST, FBT and transfer pricing.
• Experience working with global, geographically dispersed stakeholders.
