Finance Analyst – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

Join a respected organisation as a Finance Analyst, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You will transform financial data into insights that shape pricing, cost, and M&A decisions during a period of aggressive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting across multiple verticals and deliver variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models, management reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Support business cases, scenario modelling and commercial decision‑making.
• Partner with senior leaders to review financial performance and future outcomes.
• Assist with month‑end reporting, financial close and broader finance operations.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation and finance projects.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar; CA or CPA qualification or near completion.
• Experience in financial analysis, management accounting, FP&A or a comparable commercial finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in building harmonious working relationships.
