Final Trim Grader Operator – Perth

About the role

Ertech is looking for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join its land‑development project in Neerabup, north of Perth. Reporting to the Civil Supervisor, you will operate a GPS‑guided grader to construct and finish roads to Main Roads WA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the final‑trim grader for road construction, ensuring compliance with Main Roads WA specifications.
• Place and compact -75 mm limestone sub‑base and finish 20 mm base‑course material.
• Utilise GPS‑guided and machine‑control systems to achieve precise grading tolerances.
• Coordinate with the civil crew to maintain safe site conditions and project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a final‑trim grader operator on road construction projects.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to daily safety practices and site regulations.

Required skills

• Operation of GPS‑guided machine‑control systems.
• Final trim grading to Main Roads WA standards.
• Placement and compaction of limestone sub‑base.
• Finishing of base‑course material.
